Kakadu Annexes and Awnings
APA recently filmed two educational style films for Kakadu Annexes and Awnings. APA initially did a film about five years five years ago for them and Kakadu found these films extremely beneficial as a customer service tool. If customers called wanting to know more about how to erect the annexe, Kakadu were able to refer them to the DVD. This saved them a lot of time on the phone explaining to customers as they were able to watch the DVDs as many times as needed to understand their purchase more. Kakadu recently updated these films and added their extra product lines and called on APA to film for them again. Certainly makes you want to invest in a pop top.
